Joe Bullard Ford

I will never deal with this dealership again. I felt like I was not important enough for my vehicle to be taken care of, as stated when I left the dealership. The parts department told me that my part would be in on a certain date. But he did not order the part in a timely manner. He waited until the next day to place the order. I feel like if I was of another skin tone, then my business would have been handled better. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

I had a recall on my Lincoln Mkz and I took my car here and they supposedly fixed the issue but when I drive away several of my lights are lit on my dash. I called the dealership and no answer. I called again and was put on hold. I then turned around and went back since I wasn't but right up the road. They tell me they not sure what's going on but they can hook they computer up to it and see what's the issue. Minutes later they come back and say the port where you plug the computer in is messed up but we can fix it. No lights was on until they did whatever they did to it. I should have just ignored the recall before taking it here. My car is in worse shape than it was.

I purchased my second Truck a 2023 F150 from Joe Bullard Ford recently I was a return customer for Mr. Ron Scogin! the process was very easy no hassle. Ms. Debbie also assisted in my purchase process she was wonderful to work with very helpful. I’m a repeat customer to Joe Bullard stores over many years. never had a problem and everyone has also been extra helpful and the process easy!

I tried to inquire about buying a new Ford F-150 from the Joe Bullard Ford dealership that showed in stock/on lot but didn’t have a stock number. The Internet sales representative I spoke with Hollie kept talking over me during the conversation which caused me great frustration. I'm not sure if it was their phone system, her inability to recognize someone was speaking to her, or the connection. The situation got so bad with her ability to locate the vehicle, product knowledge and/or attention to detail, and the excuse she was in internet sales somehow made-up for her deficiencies, I just abandoned the effort with instructions not to call back. You see I found the truck online, went to the dealership website, called the sales line published and she answered the call.

When I'm shopping for a car, going in to the dealership is usually a very difficult scheme of maneuvers. You have to plan your day around it, expect to be there for hours on end, and using all your energy to make sure you're not getting ripped off. At Joe Bullard Ford, I was extremely happy, and excited to be working with them. There are some truly kind, generous, smart and fair people working there, and I will say, even the small dealership itself looks like a true and welcoming Ford dealership. I worked with Debbie who was very reasonable and open about the car I was wanting to buy, and she made the experience very stress free. I had some really nice conversations from her. On top of that, Evelyn in finance was awesome! The whole staff was welcoming, and were very open about the vehicle, the fees, the processes I would need to go through, and answered every one of my questions. If you're going to buy a Ford or any of their used cars, GO HERE! I've never been more comfortable spending my money, and I knew that they were offering me the best deal possible. Thank you Joe Bullard staff for making my first car buying through financing experience enjoyable, stress free, and exciting!

I dropped in one day to just look over the used trucks and hoped that I could find one that would fit my current needs. I have owned several in the past years, and have never owned a Ranger. I have seldom seen one on the lot. Ron Scogin came out and we talked about what I thought were my needs. He really wanted what my expected use would be. As I am downsizing from a class A Motorhome to a travel trailer, I was looking for a smaller pickup. Finances led me to seek a used F series or possibly a Ranger. Ron called me after a couple of days and wanted to have me look over some more trucks he had in. Put me in the Ranger a 2020 unit with just over 15,000 miles. Then we had to find a way to finance. Good taste in my mouth, wallet and I truly enjoy my Ford Ranger 4 X 4.
